Vendored copy of [Nayuki's QR Code generator library (C)](https://github.com/nayuki/QR-Code-generator),
used unmodified to build the WiFi-join QR code shown on the panel during
provisioning. MIT licensed -- see the header comment in `qrcodegen.c`/`qrcodegen.h`
